How much will shipping be for my order?
A:
There is no standard or flat rate for shipping. It is calculated automatically before you confirm an order, based on the weight of the order and your geographic location. All of our orders are shipped via UPS, and you will have options on shipping such as: ground, next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day. The cost will adjust automatically with your choice. Once you have determined that the shipping is satisfactory, you can then process the order. back to top

Where do you ship from?
A:
Depending on the products, our orders either ship from New York, NY or may be drop shipped from a warehouse closer to the shipping location. back to top

What is your return policy?
A:
• If you receive an item that is either damaged or we shipped incorrectly, we will credit you or replace it at our expense.
NOTE: No returns on seasonal merchandise or special order merchandise!
• If you receive an item that you just don't want or decide that it is not what you thought it would be when you ordered, you may ship it back, at your expense, for a refund.
• All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please call us at 212-239-3360 for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this number.

No, we do not have a print catalog. We carry far too many items that are constantly changing, to commit them to a catalog. We are able to keep the information current on all of our items on the website. back to top

Our website uses state-of-the-art encryption technology. Any personal information you submit on our site, such as a credit card number, is encrypted and sent over a secure connection from your computer to our server.
